Minutes of BSF Over 35s Football League meeting  -  3rd May 2019
held at Bolton Cricket Club

In Attendance - N.Smith, J.Riley, A.Ahmed, K.Stephens, and delegates from each team.

N.Smith - Roll Call.            April 2019 Minutes read and signed as a true copy.

       It is with regret that I have been informed that Phil Ashton is resigning as Vice-Chairman due to ill health. I would like to thank him for his time as Vice-Chairman, and on behalf of the league, wish him all the best for the future. A name has been put forward to fill the role and will be voted on at the A.G.M. in June.

J.Riley - Fixtures will be put on the website. Any team that cancels a game without being agreed with John Riley will be deducted 4 points and fined �50, plus the opposition will be awarded the points.

K.Stephens:  Please let your referee know a.s.a.p. if your game is on or off.

A.Ahmed - Reminded teams what they owed in fines and transfer fees, and teams need to have application forms in by July meeting.

N.Smith - The A.G.M. will be on the 7th June 2019
